Make your day harder & new year's resolutions!
Regardless of where you are on the activity level spectrum (low active----high active), these 2 videos can help us think positively about how small changes can make a difference in our lives and also for our family and friends.
The first video reviews the idea about the trend in our society to always make things easier.
The second video gives a fresh perspective on "New Year's resolutions" and whether they are worth doing.
PE Students: Watch the videos and reflect on your outlook towards exercise and the challenge of modifying one's habits. What kinds of changes can you make and/or how can you use this resource to help others with this challenge? What other reactions did you and/or others have to the ideas in these videos?

The Best Free Yoga Videos for Newbies
The Best Free Yoga Videos for Newbies
October 23, 2014
When I started the quest for the best free online yoga resources, I set some criteria to quickly narrow my search. I wanted videos that were about an hour long to mimic the length of the studio classes I was used to. I was looking for videos that were an athletic challenge but also provided good routines for relaxation. And since I was new to my yoga practice, I wanted videos that broke down the basics of every pose.
After weeks of trying out different sources recommended by friends, yoga instructors, and good-old Google, I settled on my three favorites:
PE STUDENTS: Review the 3 you tube video descriptions and/or watch the videos and choose one to try out... or try all three...or maybe parts of all 3. Maybe ask a friend or family member to join you! Reflect on your experience for your Activity/Blog post. Consider providing a pic or clip in your PE portfolio journal
To extend your inquiry into yoga options check out the links below and share any other good yoga resources you may find
