PE Students: Watch the videos and reflect on your outlook towards exercise and the challenge of modifying one's habits. What kinds of changes can you make and/or how can you use this resource to help others with this challenge? What other reactions did you and/or others have to the ideas in these videos?
The best part of the New Year for me is creating new goals and resolutions for the new year. I find it to have a motivating feeling to it. it sort of pushes you to actually go through and complete them. You can also look back at them years down the line and see how meeting those goals helped yu in the future so it motivates you to always be reinventing your day to day life.
