  2. What I like about this post is the link to the article that has short videos of the exercises. Videos are great because it is much easier to understand how the exercise should be executed. All of the exercises could be done in the home with minimal equipment, just dumbbells and a stretch band. Together, all of the exercises provide an overall workout for all the major muscle groups.
    I like doing circuits, but you need to think through what exercises you should do to make sure that you get a balanced workout.
    I'm more used to doing a swim workout for an hour where the coach creates the workout. In the gym, I need to think through what to do. This article provides a great routine that I can also change up a bit to keep it fresh!

  3. It was interesting to read because it matched up a lot with what my sister told me to do, and a few of the exercises look a lot like what my physiotherapist told me to do last year. The article was nice to read, because it’s one of the only ones where they really show you exactly how you should be moving to do the exercise properly.

  4. I really like how this article is very interactive because of the short videos. They give a quick and easy explanation.
    From my module 3, I am growing fond of circuit exercises. I believe they are very fun and they are easy to note the progress with. This article makes up many great routines that we can customize.
